1. Who we are

Arrow Quest is published by Kazeyami Innovations Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Lucknow, India. For privacy questions, email support@kazeyami.com.

2. What this covers

This policy describes how we handle information when you:

download, install, or play Arrow Quest on Android (including through Google Play);
visit this website (the Arrow Quest page and its privacy, terms, and cookies pages); or
email us for support.

It does not cover Google Play, Android, or other third-party platforms, which have their own policies. Other Kazeyami games have their own policy pages under /legal/.

3. Information we collect

We aim to collect only what we need to run the game, fix bugs, and (where enabled) show ads or understand usage. Depending on how you use the services, this may include:

Information you give us

Support messages: your email address, and whatever you write to us (bug reports, refund questions, privacy requests).
We do not ask you to create a Kazeyami account to play Arrow Quest.

Information from your device and play session

Device and app data such as device model, OS version, language, time zone, app version, and approximate country or region.
Advertising identifiers (for example the Google Advertising ID), where ads or measurement are used and where you have not opted out on the device.
Gameplay and progress data stored on your device (levels completed, coins, hint use, settings). This stays on the device unless a cloud or analytics service is enabled in a future version.
Crash and diagnostics data (stack traces, the screen you were on) so we can fix failures.

Purchases

If the game offers in-app purchases (for example coins, hints, or ad removal), payment is processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive a purchase token, item ID, and whether a purchase succeeded so we can unlock the item.

This website

This site is static. We do not run a member login. Your browser will send a standard request (IP address, user agent, pages requested) to whatever host serves the files. We use one preference stored in your browser so the cookie banner does not keep appearing. See the cookies policy.

4. How we use it

To provide the game, save local progress, and deliver optional purchases.
To answer support email and handle privacy requests.
To keep the game secure, debug crashes, and improve levels and performance.
To show and measure advertisements, if ads are enabled in your version of the game.
To meet legal duties (tax records for purchases, responding to lawful requests).

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Ads, analytics, and stores

Arrow Quest is distributed through Google Play. Google may process data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The game may include third-party software development kits (SDKs) for advertising, mediation, or analytics (for example Google AdMob, Google Play services, or similar partners). Those partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, and coarse location to serve and measure ads. Their processing is governed by their own policies. You can limit ad personalization in your Android settings (Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, or the equivalent on your device) and reset your advertising ID.

If we add or change SDKs, we will update this policy.

We share information only:

with service providers who help us host this website, send email, analyse crashes, or serve ads — under contracts that limit how they use the data;
with Google Play for distribution and purchases;
if the law requires it, or to protect players, the public, or our rights;
if we reorganise or transfer the studio, in which case this policy will still apply or you will be notified.

7. How long we keep it

Local game progress stays on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Crash and analytics data, if any, is kept in aggregate or for a limited diagnostic window. Purchase records may be kept for the period required by tax and consumer law.

8. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Because we use global platforms (including Google), information may be processed outside India, including in the United States and other countries. We take steps appropriate under applicable law when that happens.

9. Children

Arrow Quest is a general-audience puzzle. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country) for the purpose of selling it or using it for targeted advertising that we control. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, email us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians can use Android parental controls and Google Play family settings.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where they apply, GDPR or similar laws — you may have the right to:

ask what personal data we hold about you;
correct inaccurate data;
request deletion of data we control (we cannot delete data held only by Google on your Play account);
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
object to or restrict certain processing;
lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email support@kazeyami.com. We may need to verify the request. You can also delete locally stored game data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling Arrow Quest.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when the game, the website, or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the game or site after an update means you should read the new version.
